I was visiting Hastings today and looking for some new RayBan sunglasses. I received exceptional customer service with the helpful woman not trying to up-sell but instead listening to my needs and offering the suggestion to replace the lenses in my favourite old RayBan sunglasses and also kindly took a photo on my phone of a new pair I was also considering so I could think about my options. Totally impressed!

It's been about two years since I visited so I tried to make an appointment online. After at least 10 minutes trying to log in I got a message on the screen that I now had to update my password because new rules. I went through this procedure and then tried to log in with my new password but it told me it was incorrect. (I am 100% convinced that is was the correct one.) Then I wrote my email address using the lost password procedure. This did not work either as the email was never sent. I gave up.Nice work OPSM. This is one way to lose your clients.

I had a great experience overall with OPSM Hastings. The staff are very friendly with a great sense of humour also. Very professional, efficient and great quality products. I have been with them for years. The online booking progress is great and with a reminder text message.

I chose to pay off my lense over a 12 month period. The receptionist had difficulty with the computer programme which wouldn't take into account my Gold Card discount. In the end she sent me off and said she'd sort it later. Not her problem but a problem for the programmers to sort out. Not so sure the computer readings were that accurate. I go back in a day or two for check up so it will be interesting to see what they think.
