The Pukekohe branch can't be faulted to date. Everyone is kind and lovely and the service is excellent Niall and Linda were superb in helping our dogs in surgery. Also the reception staff are also very patient, understanding and helpful.

Had an health scare with my dog, couldn’t get in anywhere in the Waikato. The team made a few things happen and we were able to get in same day. My dog is now fully recovered and the whole ordeal although stressful Franklin vets really eased the stress of it all

Great customer service. All the team members are very kind, welcoming and very friendly.We've had issues with James our cat for about a year and the Vets were very professional treating him. Unfortunately, we recently let James go to sleep which was the biggest heart break we've ever had. Even with the very sad experience, we will still choose Franklin Vets. The Veterinarian's were very patient and kind. Thank you again and we hope you will see us again for Ru (James older brother) for vaccinations etc :)

I have been coming to Franklin Vets for my cat Charlie since we moved to Pukekohe 2.5 years ago. Everyone has looked after him and listened to me so well that I have every confidence in all the staff that they will do what is best for Charlie I've had multiple people over the 2.5 years and as we come monthly for injections we see different people all the time. The reception staff, the nurses and the vets are all excellent

Been using Franklin vets for last 18 months on the whole they are excellent, most of the vets are very helpful and friendly. They looked after my cats when I was on holiday and kept in touch with me all the time I was away letting me know how they were going.

I have been visiting Franklin Vets for years and value the team and expertise here. Nikki is amazing and so thorough. She is compassionate and always professional. The entire Franklin Vets team as a whole are great and so helpful. Highly recommend whether it be for a cat, dog or farm animal!
