Special Appreciation to Tim who helped us putting on snow chain and made our family trip safer. Very experienced and professional.  He deserves more than 5 stars for sure. The place is also a great place for families too. We had so much fun. Definitely recommended!

Absolutely loved our time on snow farm, just opposite Cardrona and a great time for the kids to play in the snow and use the tubes, the staff where super friendly, coming back tomorrow to try some cross country skiing!

Access to this back country hut is so easy - you don't have to ski in, snow shoes are an option. The hut is superbly equipped - just bring your food and drink. And make sure you step outside to enjoy the night sky - there is no light pollution so it is truly magical.

Our snow shoe experience to Musterer’s Hut was amazing! We had a lot of fun, the hut was more than we expected and there’s so much to explore!

To celebrate my wife's 60th Birthday we hired the Musterers hut for the Saturday evening - we had 35 guests. Food, beverages and bags were transported to the Hut and guests tramped in [approx. 1 hour] as insufficient snow to ski or snowshoe in.The musterers hut sleeps 36, has two wood fires and is fully equipped - pots, plates, and utensils.A brilliant celebration thanks to great Snow Farm service and amenities. Lovely place, shame there was such little snow this year, despite it normally being blanketed. Great staff and the teacher we had, Ben was very helpful. Will definitely come back whenever I feel the need to go cross-country skiing.

The Snow Farm is such an amazing playground. We followed the tracks all the way out to all three huts on cross country skis. Did a bit of snowshoeing closer to the base. The staff were friendly and helpful and is such a fantastic set up all round! Can't wait to go back next time we're in Cardrona!

Went to Snow Farm on 15 July 23 and whilst there wasn’t a huge amount of snow, our whole group had the time of their lives. We all experienced cross-country skiing with the rental gear and stayed at Meadow Hut overnight. Amazing experience, hut didn’t feel too small, even at full capacity and bathroom was pleasant. Woke up to fresh snow and it made for an even better cross-country ski back.

We went to the Snow Farm on their opening day in July and skied out to and stayed in the Musterers Hut. I loved the entire experience. Everyone at the Snow Farm was super nice and helpful. The trails were beautiful. I loved being out in the snow with all the wonderful scenery. And we were the only ones to stay in the hut that night, so we had the entire to ourselves. It's a new hut and has everything you need in it. People at the snow farm also bring out your heavy bags to the hut, which made the experience even better, especially when many people in our group had never cross country skied before. The sunset and sunrise was beautiful. And we had time to make a snowperson and have some snowball fights. The entire experience was wonderful. I highly recommend skiing at the Snow Farm and staying in the hut. They also have tubes for sledding and a small sledding hill for those of you that are interested in that.
