Ka pai went to get light bulbs, three different sizes and strengths, they had them all, great didn't have to go any where else for extra high ceilings in lounge and passage way, normal height in kitchen, bedroom, needing brighter lights.

Great place. Coffee can be hit and miss. Like all bunnings stores. Has a very large range of goods. The older staff are very friendly and always happy. Would be great if in summer they get air con for the store as on a hot day it's way worse inside the store. The humidity is insane in store. Makes a very uncomfortable shopping experience at times

This place is very easy to find what you need. I can walk in and I'm greeted with a polite attitude and a smile. Very good customer service as well.Prices are very good as well.Would recommend this place for anyone.Awesome.Hope everyone else's experience is same as mine.

Disappointed, went to kitchen unit department 2 ladies chatting to each other, 1 walked off when approached and the other went on her mobile phone texting, when asked a question she answered she didn't know the answer and I needed to see someone else.Not good customer service at all

I would like to thank Jordan(from the paint section) for his wonderful assistance in helping me choose the right shelves for my garage and bedroom and explaining the difference between the qualities of the products. He was extremely paitent and did the heavy lifting along with Phiona who was also so helpful extremely helpful. I am a regular customer of bunnings, they are comparatively cheaper. Was there in bunnings for getting some paving stones and kerb stones. The customer relationships of Bailey in landscape and the newly joined special order lady was exceptional. Thank you for your service.
