Congratulations to all the staff at Vodafone. I am not technology savvy and they are the most helpful and friendliest people I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much for all your assistance when I visit your shop. Libby Drummond

I have had the upmost pleasure at receiving OUTSTANDING customer service, care and solution finding to an issue I had with a landline from Rajdeep Singh Store lead Porirua ONE.Rajdeep demonstrated singularly the best customer service and professionalism that I have experienced in NZ for many years. Not only did he solve an issue for our household but he gave us a home visit to trouble shoot.I couldn’t ask for more - many thanks Rajdeep.

Racist male staff, considering that the Samoan language is the third most common language spoken throughout NZ. Out of respect for our elders we will speak to them in a language that they are comfortable and familiar with, no matter where we are, so having to tell someone to stop speaking their mother tongue and then getting kicked out of the store is just appalling! Regardless of the context Porirua is a multicultural city so why the blatant ignorance?!? Step your game up Vodafone. This should not be happening in Porirua let alone NZ! Train your staff on quality customer service as well as being culturally aware! There’s no excuse for this type of behaviour in 2019.

I bought a new phone and accepted the staff member's help me bring info from the cloud. Kelly was amazing! We hit a couple of snags in the process but she was unflustered, kind, understanding, patient and very friendly and helpful the whole time. Kelly had gone by the time I got back to pick it up but I wanted to say a big thank you.Karen

I see the ride cow is still trotting around at Vodafone shop in porirua. The new color hair don't go with the image of the business lol. This person got no manner's and lie because this person has 0 knowledge of what she doing. This person try to tell me one thing that wasn't true. This person needs retraining.. watch out for her..

The cashier decided to go on a big rant to an elderly couple about how video games are the worst and blah blah blah blah. I asked him if he had learnt that from getting his doctorate. He said that no he didn't he then approached me and was telling me to leave. I'm not the one spreading misinformation. If you want to believe that stuff you can but don't ruin other people's lives, someone might actually listen to him and then a kid doesn't get to grow up with video games. I can't imagine what would happen if he believed in crystal healing he might end up killing someone. Tuesday the 28th of May at 1.45pm ish only two guys there can't be hard to figure out which one

Staff chatting away their time, no care for the world! May be having some sort of sales target would make them want to pay moreor attention to customers waiting!!! Or may be some true competition!!!
