They sell damaged & seems not new products to customers. Bought a computer desk where it looks like it is not new and damaged. Asked for refund and they keep saying they already sent the new one without listening to customer's requirement.I keep ask for refund, company said they already sent the new one and cannot give back refund. To refund, I have to bring the faulty one AND new one to them to check for inspection.They continuously refusing to reply back to email and customer support never gets their phone.DO NOT BUY any products from this company. They sell faulty ones and never do communication with customers

BE WARNED!!!! This companies furniture is utter rubbish. It got delivered broken into pieces and was red (we ordered a white coffee table) and they refuse to collect and refund us. We have now had to raise a fraud/dispute case with our bank and Visa. Owner refuses to respond to emails or to provide a refund.Once we got ANZ fraud team involved they allowed us to return the item and then sent us threatening messages that they would not refund us until we removed this review. After we refused to take the review down they then told us we purposely damaged the items. I actually can't even with this company. Useless beyond!!!! We finally got a refund after lots of threats were made against us.

Dodgy company, sells cheaply made items at exorbitant prices and refuses refunds. Just looking at the positive reviews here you can see they're all fake and were all made by the same person. The company is not on the NZ registrar either. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY AT ALL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I bought a kids ride-on car from this company last year. It works well at first but it is only for 2 months. It did not work after 2 months. I asked for a warranty since it has 3 month warranty. They said they will sort it out for me. It was last November I asked for a warranty. They still didn't give me any solution. The thing I am very upset is that they gave me a prompt reply whenever I sent them email and made me trust them. But what I get is nothing. They just made me waste my time and energy. Last night they sent me email that they will sort my problem out which they have been telling me for 4 months. Don't buy kid ride on car from this store. If it is not working, they won't do anything for you. I will file this case to consumer protections.I got an email last night saying;Thanks for your email

If I could give zero I would.They mucked around sending items online, so we gave bad feedback on trademe, they sent the item and gave us bad feedback so they asked us to remove it and they would remove ours but they refuse to remove.

My partner and I just brought a ride on car for our son. Not only has it just been delivered after waiting ages, it also came with the wrong parts. Trying to get ahold of you guys is terrible! Will not be going through these guys again and definitely do not recommend to anyone!
