Bèen going to shosha since it opened in Wgtn.Best move I've ever made, great staff always helpful.Now I can breathe again, taste food better.I don't wake up with the smokers coff anymore.An I'm saving a bucket load of money.Thanks Shosha.

Service okNever had their exclusive vape in stock in any store in NZ

Had a faulty Nord vape pen.Got warranty approved on item, but had to replace the two coils in the package that the vape came with for the warranty.. bit odd.Asked for store credit.Got some of my usual juice and my usual 0.6ohm mesh coils (two less as those went back with my faulty vape) with the credit.Week later i find i was given 0.8ohm mesh coils after i installed one in my vape and it wasn't what i wanted. Went back to swap the remaining .8 coils with my preferred .6 coils. Was told i had to pay the $1.50 difference, for what was not my mistake. Didn't have my wallet so drove a 15km round trip to get my wallet. Get back to the store and they didn't have the .6 coils. Never have i struck such blaring incompetence. Shop in the Lower Hutt store is my recommendation.

Brought a vape 8 weeks ago for my partner didn't have the receipt who Carrie's it went in there as it wasn't working properly. The guy was un helpful and made my 8 month pregnant partner stressed and cryed this vape cost a lot of money they also make u buy extras for it and they dont last very upset that my partner was crying on the floor and nobody helped her. She went to lower hutt shosha and there were things that could have been done.Dont shop here not good service

2nd visit they knew exactly what I wanted compared to another vape shop who just said I dunno" Helpful and clued up."
