Good experience. Easy to order, good communication throughout the process up to sending. Issue was with how slow PBT take to deliver from Hamilton to waiuku, had to ring rod and blind to get an update which they were great in helping with.

Good quality blinds, but poor customer service. I followed the website instructions for measuring blinds “take no deductions off the width and height measurements but to record the exact size…” and they arrived the wrong width. I send two emails over a week to no reply. I was patronised with my phone call and then no reply to my follow up email after 4 days.

Is there any other place to shop? A first for me buying soft furnishings online. After a poor start with a local company, and eye watering prices, I happily found Rods & Blinds. Easy to talk to, easy to order, easy to install. Loved the samples sent, a really good size when making a choice. Very highly recommended.

Their blinds are great, but what lets them down is their inability to process orders by the expected delivery date, or to respond to emails in a timely manner (i.e. no reply after days), or to answer the phone. Something seems to have gone down hill with this business in recent months.

Good company. Do what they do well. Their double tracks seem excellent quality, packaged well and delivered with no stress. The instillation started out looking confusing, but after doing one - they are a breeze. Good simple system. The single bracket tracks are good too. Got some blinds as well (double track ones) and they are nice so far. Once again - very easy to install, just ensure your measurements are done right.

2 weeks for 1st lot of samples to arrive. Ordered blinds took over a couple of months. We are very happy with them, reasonably priced by comparison with similar products. Communication is terrible, no response to emails, phone calls waste of time. After hours no one picks up.Requested different samples took a long time to arrive. Have requested another quote for more blinds against my better judgement, 3 weeks still no quote, no response to my emails.Do they want the business or not.

Great place to buy blinds and curtain track. Would highly recommend their curtain track, so easy to put up and the curtains just glide along. I ordered online and everything was delivered promptly. Will definitely be coming back as I do the blinds in my house.

A fantastic experience and service from start to finish.I ordered a lot of samples which was great. Used there measurement guide and ordered a whole house lot of double (sun and thermal) roller blinds.They all fitted fantastic, easy to install. A tiny problem with 1 out of the 24 blinds was fixed fast and easily. 100% recommend.
