Repco

Last time I visited this store I gave it a rating of just 1 star. The staff lacked experience in the products they sold. I asked about a product I knew Repco sold and the staff couldn't tell me where it was. After wondering around the store a while I eventually found what I wanted.I wouldn't normally return to a store I rated so poorly, but I was with someone else who did.There was different staff on this time. The staff seemed to know where everything was that we asked for and were helpful.So I'm going to lift their rating to 3 stars for the moment, and see what they are like on the next visit.

Lee (I hope I spelt his name right!?) was the most helpful salesman my partner and I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He went above and beyond to help me get my car WOF-ready for a fantastic price. Even went as far as fitting my new windsheild wiper blades for me at the counter! An upstanding car guy and awesome bloke to have on your team :) Will be returning for all car needs.

Ahh, Repco Silverdale. Where do I start? First and foremost, if your manager is an older dude (grey hair) that’s sits out the back in parts, your best bet is to either develop some decent customer service into him, or remove him entirely from the store. General business practise is when a customer walks into the store, and asks a question, you help them. You don’t advise them how the part they want (which is listed on your website, Narva supplies…) is illegal, and therefore he won’t look for it. It was a blue bulb. For a TRAILER interior light. But when I advised him of this, he rudely advised to go somewhere else, as Repco sells “car parts” not “trailer parts”. Well, I suggest you take a look at your stock inventory because the parts I wanted, certainly come into the automotive frame of scale here. Oh and let’s not forget, were also on the Repco website. Headed off to Burnsco, my local “trailer” store instead, whom supplied and helped immensely more than the archaic human being you had running the joint.

Poor staff, sold me the wrong battery and refused to exchange it the next day because I had tried to install it.After posting this feed back they contacted me after and after a few emails they made the exchange so I have changed my rating

I had a very flat battery in my car and had to jump start it the last couple of times. Repco was running on low staff, but Lee took his 10 minute break to install my new battery for me. Friendly and super helpful. Thank you!

What a beautiful place it's! I got a good customer service! The lady was so nice and very friendly!
