Absolutely incredible experience. I cannot recommend Richard James jeweller highly enough. My ring is truly amazing, I can’t stop looking at it. Stevie was so great to deal with and made everything so easy. We communicated through email, made the purchase online and the ring was sent to us. If you are thinking of buying but live far away, do it! I am so happy with my ring and the experience I had with Richard James jewellers. I’ll be In touch for the wedding ring.

Richard designed a new wedding band to go with my engagement ring. He really, really listened to me and came up with a design I would never have dreamed of myself but instantly fell in love with. I felt him and his Team were just as excited as I was about my stunning new piece of jewelry. From beginning to end Richard was amazing to deal with. Highest recommendation ever!

It was such a seamless and exciting experience dealing with Richard James Jeweler. The team are wonderful and their boutique is gorgeous. We got my Grandmothers and Mothers rings redesigned and from the beginning they listened and helped us create the perfect piece that I will wear forever in memory of my Grandmother. They also created 5 single stacker rings with diamonds in each that will be passed on to the Granddaughters in the family in time. We couldn’t be happier with the process and the beautiful jewelry that has been respected and redesigned. I highly recommend Richard James Jeweler and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

When I got married I was working as a military aircraft engineer and as such could not have a diamond in my wedding ring (if I wanted to keep it on at work). Now I am no longer in this role I mentioned this to Richard and he was excellent to deal with and gave me lots of options. I now have the ring I wanted with a diamond shining brightly and the ring looks as good as it did on our wedding day. Highly recommend Richard and the team at Richard James Jewellers.

Wow what a team. I received my gorgeous ring about 6 weeks ago which they made. The process was so simple and easy, working with Richard in the design process seeing the pictures he produced and then the waiting for the Jeweller to do his magic. And magic it certainly was. Wow I have an amazing ring. I received it at my work place delivered by my daughter. My work colleagues were blown away, work got in the way , all I wanted to do was look at it. I highly recommend this team for their professionalism and amazing skills. Thank-you so much for my stunning ring which I have enjoyed wearing every day and will for many years to come. Such a great jeweller. Nothing was a bother, service was amazing and my ring is so stunning. I am from Wellington so had to get pictures of the ring I’d seen online sent to me and they even sent a video. Getting it resized and sent to me was easy too. I would definitely recommend this jeweller.
