I’ve recently invested some time in healing old wounds, and doing hypnosis with Sarah has helped so much in my day-to-day life with putting healing into practice. I’m learning how to love myself again, and she’s enabled that holistically and supportingly through hypnosis. I’d never tried it before, but so glad I did. She’s helping me build a better life for myself and my children, an outcome I’m really grateful for.

This was my first time having Lymphatic therapy at which Sarah made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the therapy. Sarah is very knowledgeable in the use and benefits of Lymphatic therapy. Before arrival she shared pre arrival information which was useful.I felt very relaxed throughout the treatment and look forward to my next session. I would definitely recommend Sarah to others that would benefit from this treatment.
