Parking was an absolute nightmare. We are in a van, but even so the confusion with the drive thru for Maccers is horrendous. The store itself was great as normal, but for people who are visiting and traveling, not so much.

This supermarket is usually not busy which makes it great for those who don't like crowds. The bike racks are in a good location but it seems with the growing number of folks riding bikes in Ngāmotu New Plymouth, the 3 bike racks outside are sometimes all in use! Are you able to install some more, Countdown? Many thanks!

They do not have many gluten free options compared to other countdowns but it's clean and staff are friendly

I go here a lot but have found it better to go early in the day. Case in point, today I had to go in late (7:15pm); a lot of the shelves were bare, but most annoying was that they had/were removing all the specials and specials price cards, even though they still had 3 hours of trading remaining ... they have shelf fillers at night - why can't they do it then?

I did click & collect because I had limited time to do shopping. I went to pick up, 20 minutes into my time slot. There were already a perdon waiting and no one to help him. After a while I went to look for help. After phoning, the lady said my order was not even ready yet. What is the use of a pickup service if the orders are not ready?
