City Storage was fantastic. I shopped around on prices for long term storage and they were very competitive and had units available immediately. A manager was on site when needed. I was able to negotiate the unit size getting a smaller one when my stuff was removed from the large unit. Communication was clear. Kaylene was very responsive with emails and phone calls. The units were clean and accessible. They are undercover so there was no worry about items getting wet. I would recommend City storage for both short and long term needs.

Easy access, clean, safe and secure units. Communication never delayed and handy having a groundsman close by. Understood my situation immensley and assistance was positive. Recommend this service whole heartedly and I thank them for my rental unit over these past 5 months.

Storage unit has a rat problem which resulted in damaged property. Management hasn't responded to my email and don't seem to care about their customers
