Sarah was efficient and responsive throughout the booking process from start to finish. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and was able to find us one of the last available RVs for our honeymoon. The RV we rented was new, clean and the perfect size for the two of us.Cy was not only personable and friendly, but he was knowledgable and patient during our free consultation. After discussing the route we planned on taking, he recommended various campsites, hikes and restaurants along the way. We rented a campervan with Sunrise Holidays for three weeks and are very satisfied! We had a lot of questions before the day of rental and Sarah responded to all of our questions very fast and was extremely helpful!When picking up the van we received all instructions needed in a very good way.During our rental we had an issue which Nathan at Sunrise Holidays solved very quickly.The campervan had everything you needed, good storage, bed was very comfy and the shower was big! Returning the campervan was also very easy and Eddie who was there when we returned the campervan was very friendly and helpful and even drove us to the city where we had to go afterwards!I highly recommend everyone to rent with Sunrise Holidays and next time we will go to New Zealand we will definitely book with them again without any doubt! We rented a 6 berth motorhome over a two month period with Sunrise Holidays and couldn't have asked for a better partner. Not only was the price and communication fantastic, Cy also took a couple of hours to give us all his insights about New Zealand in various calls. So we had a perfect plan before departure and could fully concentrate on family and adventure. When we visit New Zealand one more time, we will definitely book through Sunrise Holidays again!

My family of 4 (kids age 6,8) spent seven weeks in Don" on the South Island and we were beyond impressed with Sunrise Holidays. The service we received was so much better then we would have gotten from one of the big companies. A few highlights of the rig was that it wasn't covered in stickers so you didn't stick out like a sore thumb. The second was how great the Sunrise team was

Nathan provides a very personable level of service not found at the larger rental companies. He’s very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for our trip. He dropped off a beautiful Fiat Imala (4+2 berth) at our hotel. For its size, it drives like a minivan and was very easy to manoeuvre even on some of the tricky roads down south.We booked with Sunrise based on all of the great reviews. After a great trip, exceptional service, with an excellent and affordable camper, we’re happy to be one of them. On our next trip back we’ll only consider Sunrise Holiday Campers.Thanks Nathan!

Thanks to the whole sunrise holidays family. We have had a wonderful and impressive holiday in New Zealand. From the beginning we#ve had the feeling that we trusted the right guys regarding the renting of a campervan. The support we have experienced was really good. As we have had a small technical problem in the beginning with our campervan Nathan has offered us another bigger campervan, free of charge of course. You can get in touch with the sunrise holiday team at any time and are going to get helpful answers immediately.The campervans have a really good configuration with everything you need and even more, like the speed cruise control which helps a lot when you are driving more than 3500km, as we did. Due to the sunrise panels on the roof of the campervan we could easily enjoy the pleasure of free camping. All the campervans of Sunrise are in really good shape and not that old compared to the Campervans offered from the other renting companies.We can definetly recommend sunrise holidays to everyone who wants to experience a great and wonderful time in New Zealand without worrying about the campervan at any time.Thank you very much guys for making this vacation to one of the best we have ever had and probably will have. We really got the feeling that we were part of your family.

My fiance and I have nothing but positive things to say about Sunrise, they provided a clean, reliable and versatile vehicle along with all the support we could have possibly needed to provide us with the trip of a lifetime. We still think back to our campervan 'Trevor' with fondness as it (he) was so comfortable and so versatile. One of the best things about the trip was that we were able to stay where others couldnt and longer than those who could. The solar panels charged througout the day and the gas was so efficient (we only refilled once over our 5 week trip and even then it was still half full) such that we had more than enough power to keep us going wherever we were. So while others were having to travel to the larger campsites to plug in (we met loads of campervanners who were out of power and had to find a large campsite), we were able to pick and choose sites that were off the beaten track, quiet and beautiful (the self contained campsite at the top of Log Race Road in Piha - and its views- were incredible). The Sunrise team offered support every step of the way. When all wrapped together, this meant that we had no worries, no concerns, we were away from the crowds and we could just get on with appreciating how amazing NZ is and enjoying our time away.

We had a fantastic Sunrise Holidays camper van adventure exploring the 'Top of the South' and loved every minute. The van was very clean and tidy, super versatile, and well equipped. It was really comfortable for a family of four. We had some great outdoor adventures, got some prime beachfront campsites, loved the awning and camp chairs to sit and enjoy the sunset. And at the end of the day we were all delighted to have a well equipped kitchen and comfy bed! Teenagers and parents were all very happy and well provided for. Fully recommended!

My family & I (family of 13) had a wonderful time in South Island during our trip in early June 2023. It wasn’t my first time in New Zealand for holidays but it was my first time renting a motorhome. We rented out 3 motorhomes. Sarah had helped me with the bookings & answered all of my enquiries promptly. She even checked on me in the middle of the trip.
