I'm thrilled with how clean my dress is! We got married at a vineyard (think: lots of split drinks resulting in mud, mud and more mud) and the bottom of my lace dress was all shades of black and brown. I waited three or four weeks before sending my dress off as it all seemed so hard but not only has my dress come back clean, but the process was super easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MyDressbox.

This service took 5 months, I had to constantly chase up with emails and was met with every excuse as to why my two layer simple wedding dress was taking so long.Eventually my dress came back, still stained, with pulls through the fabric, and looking like it had been sat in a dirty bucket of water for extended time (it was white, it’s now more grimey grey except where spot cleaning was attempted and now there’s bleach looking circles in places).I requested a refund for the service, which was agreed to very quickly (leading me to think they knew they messed up), two more weeks of waiting, more email follow ups, finally refunded.I think there has been a change in staff, it seems there was a few brides from Oct 2022-Feb 2023 that unfortunately had bad experiences but others are getting great service?So disappointing as I wanted to kept my dress for the memories and now I just feel sad when I see it.

I would 100% recommend my dress box to anyone who needs their wedding dress cleaned and/or minor repairs. The top package offered here was an equivalent cost to what I was quoted at a general dry cleaner, but my dress box was able to perform minor repairs and guarantee the safety of my dress.I had some significant dirt and mud stains in my dress as well as a minor rip. And when I got it back I was shocked at how well all the stains were lifted and how well the repair was done.The whole process was very easy and any questions I had were answered promptly.Very very happy. My Dress Box were fantastic. My dress was filthy along the bottom as it rained and was muddy on my wedding day, they did a beautiful dry cleaning job and have packaged by dress up in a lovely box and tissue and presented it wonderfully for me to store away. Highly recommend their service.

Received my dress back and all I can say is WOOOOOOOOW. Like actually WOW! The dress looks brand new again I'm so speechless. Thank you so much, you guys were amazing to deal with and worth every bloody cent!

After inquiring at a few local dry cleaners, I found it annoying that they wanted to look at the dress and then quote me how much it was going to cost. I love that My Dress Box is a set price, you know how much it will be and that's that, plus the service is so simple and easy to use. My dress came back looking great and packaged carefully. Absolutely great experience! Was a bit nervous sending my wedding dress away in the mail! However I was regularly updated on the process, which made me feel at ease! I was absolutely devastated to receive my dress back in the condition that it is. It has new stains on it that were not there when I sent the dress in, new pulls and areas where it looks as though something abrasive has been used on it. I am just so so shocked at the condition. It hasn’t even been steamed. And looks like it was put in a washing machine, scrubbed and shoved into the box. I would not recommend this service at all. Disappointed I believed the positive reviews.
