I have just had Larry complete a butanol roof on an old house with a very tired roof that looked like a patch work quilt and had irregularities all over the place.Larry was amazing and genuinely cared about how the final roof both looked and functioned. Larry recently replaced the butynol on our dormers. Initially we engaged him when the old butynol had come loose. He was around the next day to do a temporary fix and keep the house weatherproof. He then completed a full replacement for us. We are really pleased with the work he did, it is first class. We are also very grateful for the help and expertise he provided with the other work being completed at our property, helping us with replacing nails and screws on the roof, advice on how to repair the spouting and other issues with our roof. He repaired some rust issues in the roof gully and only charged us for the materials used, with no other increase to his quoted price. He was so helpful and went beyond what was expected of him. Engaging Thomas Butynol Roofing to assess what needed to be done to fix our 35 year old butynol covered dormas turned out to be a stroke of luck.on our part. Larry without a doubt is a true master at this game. In talking with Larry one soon realises his years of experience dealing in butynol cladding are clearly evident. Larry was able to present a reasonable priced quality solution for our aged flat roof cladding. We found his relaxed style, clear communication, attention to detail and high standards very refreshing.So helpful was Larry's approach we felt it was like having a good mate around to work with you on a DIY project.
