Just purchased an E-Bike from Victor Nelson Bikes in Oamaru & I am over the moon with the Bike I received. The very helpful knowledge from Pat along with his generosity in all the freebies just makes life so pleasant. He just goes out of his way to help & explain everything. Old School bike shop it looks and smelled just as I remembered they used to from when I would frequent similar bike shops many years ago. I spoke to Victor about getting a bike carrier for my e-bike and getting my E-bike (purchased in another town a few. years ago) serviced. He said it was no problem for either request. He had one popular Thule tow-bar coupled model in stock and would order in for you any others you wanted.All round great service.

I called this chap up a couple of days in advance and he scheduled me in to pack up my bike after completing the A2O. He was super friendly and did a fantastic job packing it up. Lots of padding and he even did a little repair on one of my carrier racks! Great service experience!

Wasnt interested in helping me with a warranty claim on a giant because wasnt purchased there - giant themselves said any giant retailer will help" i even said i would pay for the time etc which wouldnt be required since giant cover this
