I recently moved to Invercargill NZ from Australia and needed to find new therapist for a variety of treatments. After being in the Beauty Industry myself for over 20 years finding someone I could trust was of high importance to me.My husband initially booked me a voucher her for laser and needling. I was lucky enough to experience the owner as my therapist. She was extremely helpful, considerate, addressed all my concerns and my sessions were of high quality.After my first appointment about 2 days later I received a phone call which was a follow up. I was very grateful for the care and to experience high level service, it truly is the little things that make huge difference.On my second appointment that knew it was my birthday and presented me with a 40% off voucher to use on my next service. Again so much care and focus on the details.I recently had a consult with Flora for my injections, I have only had one injector for around 6 years so I was nervous and she to was extremely lovely, highly educated and was able to answer all my questions. I am booked in June to begin my journey with her also.Overall this clinic is lovely and I love that it's owned by 2 locals here and have done a fantastic job to bring a high quality advanced clinic to the area.Laken.

Great service, they take the time to consult thoroughly before recommending the right treatments. They are very friendly, and there's no pushy selling of products.

I had a microdermabrasion appointment with Rachelle. She made the whole process comfortable and gave me information related to the facial I was receiving, as well as products to continue the benefits of the treatment and address my skin concerns. On top of that she constantly made sure I was comfortable and informed me of the what each step included throughout the facial. An amazing therapist with a nice touch, will definitely be back and be recommending her to friends ☺️

I’ve done 4 laser hair removal sessions so far and I’d say the clinic is good, just an observation that 2 sessions were too fast like if the professionals were in a hurry. I had to stop my treatment due a moving town and they offered me a product as I couldn’t do the final 2 sessions in another franchise which I was informed since the begging, so nothing to complain about it.I’d suggest to keep a standard on treatments, please, because each specialist work on their own way and it’s not nice.

Had my first treatment at the cosmetic clinic yesterday. From the moment I walked in the door all the staff were friendly, the treatment was very easy and painfree. I even booked another area upon leaving due to the amazing deals. This is just what Invercargill has been needing! A++ Thanks so much

I was very fortunate to win a treatment on More Fm. I'm down South each month and will be reserving all my regular beauty treatments for my Southland visits moving forward! Not only is pricing EXCELLENT compared to anywhere I've been in NZ & Australia but; ALL staff are friendly, engaging AND make you feel so welcome. They even called me 2 mornings later to check how my skin is feeling and to ensure I was happy. I am 44yrs. In all my years of beauty clinic treatments- that's never happened anywhere before. A total experience of professionalism combined with the Southland friendliness. Def 5 star worthy :-)
