They need to hire staff with farming experience and definitely needs product knowledge training, most of the time they are reading straight from the back of the product/bag out to you -which shows a lack of competence and knowledge. I have been misled and bought the wrong products several times. Overall friendly staff members but do your own research (on products) before you go in.

The bulk sawdust is reasonably priced but the chicken food was a bit mouldy I should have taken it back but don't go there very often.

We had been going here for over 10 years, but we will not be going back. I was refused help with a repeat order unless I opened an account. When I said I couldn't open the account and asked how else I might be able to order again they said (and not very nicely) you could open an account and we don't know. Never been spoken to so rudely before by both a staff member and a manager. Great way to burn bridges between your company and your long standing customers. If you aren't going to help a customer with something you used to help with then you could at least try and point them in the right direction instead of just being rude. I was both surprised and sad to receive this treatment.
