So if you want your phone repaired or a screen protector or cases you need to see this guy. He is AMAZING, he knows his stuff and is honest not overpriced and so very very helpful.I don't often give 5 stars, in this case we'll deserved... BTW I travel from South Auckland to go see him that's what I think of his service/ability.

My beloved Apple MacBook Air would not boot as the hard drive was damaged. A family friend recommended I take my laptop to Dr Mobiles Limited and may I say, it is one of the best decision I have made!We had our daughter's iPad Pro cracked screen repaired here October, 2021 and still works well. I have been here a number of times over the years to get iPhone screens fixed and new batteries etc, as well as Mac book batteries. Rafael has always been extremely helpful and, very quick when needed. And his prices were also very good. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends to him.

Today was my first time calling up & asking about a specific service! Owner was straight forward , reassuring & very nice! Went in store to get my sons iPad fixed as his screen was broken & touch sensitivity was muddled! He assured me he could fix it before closing as I took it in late! Was super fast , great communication & someone I’d go back to for everything electronic wise! Also purchased my son a hard cover case & screen protector he loves it & so do I!!! Would definitely recommend & most definitely go back!! Is lovely to talk to & makes you feel comfortable!! Very friendly & easy to approach & speak with! Answered all my questions without hesitation!All around just a perfect service! My iPhone 11 had a pretty bad fall today! Smashed the front screen, back housing cracked and damaged the main camera's protection lens! This is the first time I made a booboo! I was referred to Dr Mobiles Limited by a fellow church member!Dr Mobiles Limited had gave us a free inspection on this impact damaged iPhone 11 and quoted us within 15 to 20 minutes; we are impressed! These chaps pay attention to your need and answer us in non-technical jargon. On top that, the price quoted was reasonable.My partner and I are very impressed with both the speed and quality of the repair job. Highly recommended to all North Shore locals!

The best customer service. My daughters phone was fixed in just over an hour. I got a call letting me know the prices and options before they proceeded with fixing the phone. I had a very badly damaged screen internally and was looking for repairs around takapuna. I found the Istore and they said they could fix my phone for $949 but then I found doctor mobile who cut the price by 2/3. The person I dealt with was Raphael who had care, passion and most of all enthusiasm whilst trying to fix my phone. You also get a free phone inspection with it. I had my phone fixed in 35minutes so quick so easy. Would fully recommend the place to anyone.
