My husband designed me a beautifully unique engagement ring and I needed to find a wedding ring that would compliment it, yet not take away from its beauty. I couldn't find anything on the market that exists, so I went to Mason Carter for a custom ring. They took my engagement ring and created a perfect molded wedding ring that slots into the exact groves of the engagement ring. I couldn't be happier with it! So beautifully crafted and the attention to detail is beyond what I expected. Highly recommend!

They are mainly concerned in selling wedding rings. I asked for a jeweller to be make some earrings to my design. They listened to me but obviously put my request in the too hard basket. I never heard back.

I took a charm to be repaired and the freaking lost it. They then insinuated that i never bought it in to be repaired. Pure silver charm with pure peridots. Im pretty sure this somehow counts as theft.

Our daughter won a bag of gold dust, some years back at the Greymouth Go for Gold surfing competition. Bought it off her and had rings made by Mason Carter for my wife and myself. Great rings, great service, great story.

Highly recommended!They did an awesome job on a necklace out of a tiny opal which I have found in Coober Pedy. Very impressed, how much they got out of the stone. Gorgeous result and great service!

Not sure what shop you were at Caroline. I have been a customer of Mason Carters for many years and have experienced excellent customer service from all of their team including Lyn. Like a good wine their hospitality gets better with age.
