Popped in for a quick Big Mac for lunch and I was not disappointed. I received really fast service and the restaurant was nice and clean inside. They also have heaps of parking outside as it’s part of a mall complex. I’m lovin’ it!Hamish DorringtonKakapo Business Sales

Every time I come and get ice cream in the evening, it is always amazing and wows me every time- this first time I got the biggest soft serve I have ever been given, and the second time my Mcflurry with extra customisations was filled so full to the brim. Extremely satisfied :) They never do this at any other restaurants, please never change..

I gave no stars to atmosphere because I went drive thru.Ordered 2 massive orders for a family get together and staff was attentive and service was awesome. I must of got there at the right time cause all the food were hot and fresh off the grill/oven....

Food is always fresh at this McDonalds. This is my favourite McDonalds in auckland! Can always guarantee you're going to get nice hot meals. The children's park could do with a thorough clean!!!! I've had great service through drive through and dining in so can't complain.. Definitely need to get the park cleaned though.

Went through drive thru ordered x2 double quarter pounders and a large drink on its own got home and only to find out that they've only given me x2 single quarter pounders and a large drink so I went back and said yous given me the wrong burgers .. yall should know double quarter pounders cost alot more than single burger this not the first time this has happened too

Traveled from Australia to have breakfast here. Meal was Quick to come out. Burger was luke warm, quite hungry, i asked them to heat in the microwave because i did not want to wait for a fresh pattie. They touched the burger, then whisked it away to be heated. Left with out eating it. If you are going to serve pre cooked patties, serve it to the drive tru since they are in a rush. I am willing to wait for a freshly cooked burger thanks. The Service was lovely though, and we were warmly greeted by the managers, A+ for service.

The food is consistent, but sometimes one has to wonder how much pressure the team is under.Burgers are just thrown into the box and usually a mess when you open the box, making it difficult to pick it up. You have to spend time putting putting the burger together, scrap whatever sauce and cheese is salvageable that isn't stuck to the box. Once you're done reconstructing what can be, you may or not decide to eat it.Any complaints or constructive feedback feels like it's not taken seriously or just a disappointed smile and apology they'll do better. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently like this for at least the 12 years I've ducked in on occasion and feedback from friends and family who are there more regularly.I don't usually post about experiences at places that aren't to scratch but last nights experience was enough to push me to post.
