Iris has created a beautiful and tranquil space in the heart of Titirangi Village. The space it self is breathtaking and carefully thought out.Iris takes you on a journey through your soul, body and mind while holding the space for you to open and ascend into pure bliss and harmony.I recently attended a Yin yoga class, as a first time aerial student she guided me through each posture carefully ensuring I was comfortable and giving options at every level.I highly recommend Iris and her studio Ascend for newcomers or seasoned yogis looking to further deepen their own practice

I have done two classes at Ascend for the first time this week and both were amazing! The sound bath session was such a special experience with Jess and tonight’s aerial yoga with Iris was great, she has made me LOVE aerial! Can’t wait to go again :)

ASCEND Aerial Yoga
I have been to a few floating meditations and sound healings at Ascend and absolutely loved every time. The space is serene and created with lots of little details that make your experience feel extra special. Both Iris and Jess emanate such a beautiful energy in holding space, and there is something truly magical and unique floating in an aerial silk cocoon while being bathed in sound, my breath, body and mind become deeply relaxed. Can't recommend enough!

ASCEND Aerial Yoga
Right in the midst of the hustle and bustle of titirangi village sits a lovely aerial yoga studio run by Iris. The space is serene and harmonious and the classes are small and intimate. I regularly attend yoga but have not tried aerial yoga before and although there are similar aspects its a different experience. To top it off Iris has a little refreshment table with vegan treats which is a nice touch. I enjoyed my time and I will be looking at trying some more classes in the future
