New Zealand Couriers

Took over a week and a half for the courier to get to my house yet we're both based in Auckland. Eventually got it but I appreciate the email notifying me of the courier making my parcel a priority.

A birthday present package for me from my mum (with food items that would expire quickly) had non delivery" to my apartment block. My mobile phone number was on the listing but the courier never texted or called. After checking online

I wonder if the the CEO of this company see feedbacks of their unhappy customers !! so many of us on here express the same bad experience. definitely the worst courier service in NZ. their attitude is like we don't care. on level 3 lockdown we all at home, waiting for their courier , saw the driver parked the van on our driveway by the gate without getting off the van he yelling out hello hello then quickly he drop the collect card in the letter box drove off. I run out after him to call him back but he didn't bother. rang their call center after that and was promised they will deliver the next business day then no one turn up ended up we have to call them again to arrange pick up item in Avondale branch. I will never use their service again and not recommended them to anyone.

Consistently incredibly slow delivery, almost always have to follow up to query the parcel.It shouldn't take nearly two weeks to deliver a parcel from Central Auckland. I wish this was a one off, but I've never had a prompt delivery.I always attempt to avoid shopping online with any shop that uses NZ Couriers as their delivery partner due to their inability to deliver in any sort of reasonable time frame.

These guys redefine unreliable. Never come to pick up a booked collection till you follow up via long phonecall then take an additional 3 days. Aramax has 20 x the service, and always cheaper apart from for rural delivery. Of which it's worth paying extra for cos they actually come when they say. Nothing worse than having parcels of sold trademe items sitting in the elements waiting for this useless company to pick up.

Most FRUSTRATING courier company. Website is a nightmare. If you want to query a parcel you have to fill in almost where the product was made - the tracking number should tell you what you need??? Cannot determine the schedule of a courier easily (unlike with Aramex where it is very clear who is delivering your parcel)WILL NEVER use NZ Couriers.

I barely rate low on any businesses, but NZ Couriers are doing extremely horrible deliveries. Their drivers never have basic courier knowledges and careless. Their customer representative was very arbitrary and unwilling to resolve problem of wrong delivery. I hope refusing to admit your fault can save you from losing.

Generally OK, until they can't find your package and then they are the worst, nice on the phone but then I really don't think they actually do anything to help you. Still trying to locate my package over a week later, give no feedback and no communication. It's rediculous.
