Came here with the whānau for breakfast. Had the eggs bene with bacon, eggs were cooked perfectly, bacon was tasty, on english muffin which isn't my fav.Coffee was delicious. I had an oat milk latte.Service was friendly.The art on the walls interesting.

Decent food, appalling prices as is the norm for Whangarei these days. Good unrestricted wifi. Hidden behind the interminable roadworks with scant street parking.

The decor is lovely - a charming mix of polished industrial and cottage. It's covered with hanging bottles, jars, and has a nice stand with fresh baked goods such as scones, croissants and buns. The counters are lined with jars of cookies and slices, and there's a main display full of sandwiches and salads. You can also order off of their menu, which is a little pricey but worth the effort. I highly recommend the kumara cake with poached eggs!
