I needed a new protective glass screen cover for my iPhone 11 and also a new protective back cover. Kavinda served me on 10 March ‘23. He was extremely helpful, happily bringing up onto the top counter all the options he had for back covers for me to make my choice. He showed me options for glass covers and did a perfect job of applying the one I chose. Kavinda gave me his full attention and was very helpful. Great customer service.

Working there on a Wednesday afternoon was a man who for no reason chose to be rude to a polite and friendly customer. She was returning my phone because the screen replacement they did was faulty. He said it was because the phone was cheap. He doesn't seem to get that not everyone can afford a $1000 phone. They eventually replaced the screen again and it worked. So the fault was not because it was cheap - he was inventing an excuse for poor workmanship . AVOID THIS PLACE.

Absolutely garbage of a place. My screen is lifting and is not the colour I sent it in as and agreed upon! Highly encourage not to go!I took my phone in on Saturday and they said it would be ready to pick up by Wednesday. I suggested Thursday but they insisted it will be Wednesday for a quick turn around. They wanted full deposit first which was 1200 (IPhone 13 Pro Max front back and border replacement) but I asked I’m first time so I’ll place a deposit. 300 we settled. Tuesday I receive a call. We don’t have gold (signed contract for gold originally) in stock so would you like black or blue. I had read the reviews earlier and couldn’t be bothered sorting refund blah blah blah. I said black. Thursday came, no call. I call them, they officially have no update on where the iPhone is. Said they will email me tomorrow. Friday, no email. I rang again. No update on the phone still so staff had to call through. They called me back in 10mins and said it’ll be ready for Sunday pick up. Turned up Sunday and the iPhone is blue. I hate blue! I learn that they don’t have black somehow. I wanted to talk to the manager to try and resolve, staff told he will call me in 15mins, turned to an hour. He never called so I tried to call him, at this point I had left and returned in the arvo. His phone was switched off. Me then be sick of dealing with them wanting to just finish this whole thing. Pay the 900, buy a case from them. Return home and now to find I can literally push the front screen up and down. They said it won’t be waterproof but in a couple days this won’t even be dustproof. Contract says they need 3 attempts to resolve the issue to get refund but after this experience I will not be going back and encourage no one else to go. At the end of the day I signed the contract and agreed but they seem to of forgotten the terms they agreed as well.

Don't believe a thing these amateurs say. False quotes, charging more and then taking over a week longer than they said aswell as permanently damaging the phone. I called up to ask for a quote on a screen repair and they quoted me a price that was pretty good. After getting to the store they added an extra $100 charge to the quote but told me it'd be done overnight so I went with it. When I went to pick it up they told me that they needed an extra two days. I accepted this and waited the rest of the days to pick it up. When I received the phone the screen was repaired but there was a new issue where the screen would flicker a green light everytime I charged it. I brought it back to the shop to repair and they said they would call me when it was fixed. It took another 6 days for them to repair and although the fixed the flicker there's now a black patch in the corner of the screen that's unfixable. PLEASE AVOID.

Good service and friendly, but didnt let me know their screen protectors only last 3 months to 6 months then they have to be replaced because they start peeling. I had mine for only one month and took it back to get a replacement. He put it on then told me that now i have had a replacement i cant get a refund. Also the warranty only last 3 months from the original screen protector which costs $50 ( the price of a proper protector that usually last 2+ years) dont waste your money... go somewhere else.
