Both of car wash.Why it shows online, then you really show up there there is none！！！Very angry.It's a kind of lie to us.

I wanted to acknowledge the amazing customer service I received from Char today at the Repco on Lunn Ave. Char was so kind, experienced and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me with my car battery and showed genuine interest in helping me. She is certainly an asset to the branch and I wouldn’t hesitate to head back in future for that reason!

Customer service is absolutely shocking. Staff need to be trained on how to do trade discounts, and after pay, it seems like only 2 people who work there know what they are doing.

Ongoing terrible customer service. Every visit in the last year or so disappointing. I have empathy IF there were staff shortages. I Try to support local but it’s getting harder. Todays visit a complete shambles. Severe staff disorganisation and no communication. Line of frustrated customers. I can only assume a system or training issue. All we want to do is pay and get on our way. 101 - communicate!! I would be ok if they were honest. But said nothing. No apologies. Don’t think they care.Perhaps look at self service check outs.

The guy who served me was super helpful. He did a free battery test on my car and helped me get the right one I needed and the tools to fit the battery myself. Thank you for your help and great service.

These guys just tried charging a co-worker of mine $700 for a 12v battery for a Nissan Leaf. Crooks! Same battery at Blue Cars, $169. A-Holes

Phoned them asking about puncture repair in a can, holts. Couldn't understand person i spoke to. Another man came on and said yes we have that. Went to store found it and went to counter only to see a promo of the same product but 2 for $30 instead of one for $32. Pointed the special out and was told it expired. I told him if it was still advertised at that price he had to honour it. He agreed and said he would be loosing money if he did that deal but would honour it.I felt for him and said its ok. So bought one anyway.
