You gotta love the Reefton motor camp for down to earth good old relaxation in an awesome location. Plenty of space, warm showers and a short walk to everything Reefton has to offer. If you haven't stopped there then it's time you did.

what a fantastic campground.Jed was welcoming , gave tips of where to bike and run. and very friendly.The facilities are immaculate....Reefton feel proud of this Camp ground.i will definitely be back.

Since 6 months the current owner runs this camp in a very friendly matter. He is welcoming, generous with local information and the place is kept very clean. The kitchen facilities are fine, including tables and chairs fridges and a fireplace.The reviews that were older than 6 months were negative but did not scare us away. And we're glad we stayed here. Reefton is a nice small town with nice dayhikes and a nice gin distillery where you can take a tour.

I love Reefton. Had a small cabin which was lovely and warm with a comfortable bed and decent pillows. Good facilities. A short walk to the main street - cafes, restaurants, shops - and to the river. I recommened this motor camp

Plenty of space, good size kitchen, tidy facilities. Could do with an upgrade, but no complaints for the price. Friendly and helpful staff, but water pressure wasn’t the best in the showers. Would happily stay again.

Close proximity to Reefton Village, plenty of space and quiet. Currently advised to boil all tap water.The bathrooms were a bit of a let down, the smell of mold was very strong, hot water for showers was scarce. I'm sure they clean the bathrooms, but what they really need is a top to toe bleach and scrub to get rid of the smell. I'd wear jandals while showering, just to be cautious.

Great campground, cheap rates $30 for two with a tent! You pay that for basic DOC sites. Great location. The facilities are older and it would be great to update them but they are really functional. I did want to start the fire this morning as it is pretty cold but there is no kindling. Would happily stay here again

Nice camping.Hot & unlimited showers, clean toilets.Huge kitchen but you have to bring your own pan, cuttelry etc.. and pretty cold inside even with the fire on.Friendly staff.
