Service and the quality of food is great and has been consistent throughout, the store looks great, please keep up the great quality of fresh sandwiches which is one of the most important things for customer satisfaction!

The best subway in wellington region. I mostly take falafel; some subways provide either half cooked or leave big things as it is; here they properly smashed it as advertised including cheese and other salads and make it properly, mix it properly; taste amazing! Good atmosphere!

It was early, granted, but to see 2 staff members completing, what I supposed, were text or phoned in orders, exclusively, while only one staffer coping with walk in traffic, was a bit surprising.Especially when 1 of those customers was proving to be a time consuming prat!

Ordered a double meet BMT. They were out salami. I agreed to doubling the pepperoni, but later regretted it. It quickly became a double ham and double-double pepperoni.Not blaming you for that, totally on me. But sad the salami had gone missing.Tomatoes may have been past their best. Edible, but a bit over aged.

We came in 4/10/22 around 12, and there were 3 amazing workers, who helped and accommodate to our work lunch. I couldn’t thank them enough. We had someone with a lot of allergies, and they happily cleaned down the area and utensils before making that sub. They all happily worked off the list we gave them, and even wrote everyone’s names on it. Thanks guys, staff lunch is usually stressful but you made it a breeze.
