I placed an order for 2 polo's last december. I could track and trace it and it never arrived at our national postnl service. Tried several times to get in contact by mail. They referred to NZpost where I did a request to claim the lost parcel. No respond. Last time I asked Silverfernz my money back and never heard of them again. Until corona lockdown was finished..... the order arrived.......at Wilson NZL... Second attemt succeeded so after 8 months my polo’s arrived finally.

Great experience shopping with Silverfernz. Product arrived quickly. It had a slight flaw in it. Contacted Silverfernz straight away. Apology was given and replacement item was sent and arrived the next day. Could not of received better service. Won't hesitate shopping with Silverfernz again. Recommend to all.

Delivery was fast, my package arrived in 3 days. However, I paid $5 for “birthday packaging” and the packaging was just a cardboard box and a bow. I was a bit disappointed and expected more. I ended up using my own packaging because my package was for a 21st birthday and I wanted the present to look special. The card that it came with was cute, but it was printed out and I’d prefer if there wasn’t a “enter message” before the message I wanted written in the card.
