Great service and good stock for my mother who has artificial hips and mobility issues. I found some funky, comfortable shoes too.

Thoroughly unhappy with this shop. - Just wanted the sale.Needed to find shoes for a family member who has mobility issues. Found a pair, seemed ok - I was mindful of spending the $$$ (not cheap) and asked if we get home and they are not suitable can I bring them back - was told yes we can help you with this no problem.After trying them on at home and not suitable at all - (they worsened the problem - made the foot drag) so I brought them back.Was told quickly + abruptly they will not take them back - and I did not have the box. The woman who sold them to me said - did I want her to keep the box - which I said yes as I did not need a box, then they tell me they won't take them back without a box!So now I have shoes that noone can wear and $300 out of pocket!Bad customer service - not there to help at all. Unhappy.

I have recently discovered The Shoe Room and am so pleased I have! Amazing customer service from extremely friendly and helpful staff who always give fantastic advice. And there is such a great range of shoes too. My feet are very grateful!

I am 83 years old and the service at the Shoe Room is the best I have experienced in a shoe shop. The staff are efficient, caring and very gentle.

Carol was awesome and stayed late past closing hours for a fitting. She was nice and helpful in finding me some new work shoes.
