Vertical Blinds

I couldn't recommend Rods and Blinds more. Absolutely love their service and offering. We have ordered venetian blinds from them multiple times for renovations and they are very high quality, look fantastic, are so reasonably priced (the best price we have found by far for the quality of the blinds) and are delivered on time. I have just placed another order, and have already recommended them to family and friends. Haven't seen any other blind service as good, highly recommend!Photo quality is not good, but the venetian blinds we ordered for our lounge window look great.

Shocking service. Blinds were OK, but have now been disappointed on more than one occasion with the service and promises made. Be warned - 3 day dispatch blinds do not dispatch in 3 days - on two separate occasions this has happened now - we queried it after the first time and after calling and speaking to someone who promised me a call back, that we didn't get, we emailed and they eventually apologised and offered express delivery free of charge the next time. After much deliberation we decided to give them another go - had email confirmation from them it was definitely a 3 day dispatch and express delivery and it has again taken them over a week to dispatch! They then said express was different and somehow slower than 3 day dispatch - not sure how that works!). Not an insignificant order either. Genuinely bad customer service and clearly, as it has happened twice, do not live up to the 3 day dispatch promise. Will NOT use again, even as we have at least another 10 custom blinds to order, we will be taking our custom elsewhere to someone who actually wants it.

We have purchased blinds from Rods and blinds twice now, and both times we have been supplied with not only a fantastic product but amazing service. The installation instructions are clear and all the hardware is always supplied.There look amazing in our home.The communication is fantastic, the staff are friendly and i Personally have never had a problem getting hold of this company.We have more blinds needed in our home and will be using Rods and Blinds and would recommend them very highly.

Fantastic! Samples arrived only days after requesting. Quoting & ordering was simple. Blinds arrived a few weeks later and fitted perfectly. To top it all off the price was awesome only paid $270 for 2 custom made blinds delivered to my door, love it!

Before purchasing from Rods & Blinds, I looked around and compared over 10 different suppliers/retailers. This company beat them firstly on price, then also on speed. I requested samples from most and some have still not turned up even after installation of these blinds! These guys sent samples out within a day, with the urgency of our situation, this was impressive. The blinds exceeded my expectations of quality. The weight on the blind is heavy and keeps it in place (in comparison to many cheap blinds). The chain is plastic, but I can't see this being a problem. They supplied chain guards as well, free of charge! Undoubtedly, I will be recommending this company and will be sure to use them for any future requirements.Thanks, Sarah - Palmerston North

Measure twice. If you want internal fitting blinds DO NOT go off the builders plan. We did but the service, and kindness of Rods and Blinds was fabulous as we reordered our second time.The woodlike venetian blinds were so easy to put up and they have just completed our kitchen to perfection.Thanks Rods and Blinds....great service, great job.

We had searched around a bit for our new blinds as we're quite particular however the team at Rods and Blinds were amazing to deal with. They listened to our instructions and were very helpful with everything.The blinds are now safely fitted and installed and we absolutely LOVE them.Cannot recommend them highly enough!

First order a few years ago went great. This time? Zero contact in 25 days, no answer to email, no response to message on answerphone, for 3 day dispatch" blinds. Just about to start a chargeback.Update: After contacting business next to the address in their website who explained there had been nobody in the building for quite a while

Would definitely not recommend - I agree with the other reviews about the three day shipping - I called over a week later and the order hasn’t been started. When the blinds did arrive they were great for a couple of months and then started coming apart down the side......after 3 emails I finally got a response... I was told to send them at my cost back to their factory - didn’t seem fair to me - so I sent an email questioning this and asking if I was going to be reimbursed ....not to mention how long was this going to take - it was cold and I didn’t want my daughter to have no blind in her room. That was back in May - still waiting for a reply. I have NEVER written a bad review about anyone but this is ridiculous.
