My partner and I went through Waka Campa to hire a van to travel through the South Island for two weeks. We dealt with Max who was friendly and professional. The booking process was fine and picking up the van was really easy. The van was clean and drove really well and perfect for what we needed and exactly as described in the advertisement. It was good value for money and would definitely recommend friends and family to go through this company rather than the larger ones

My experience with Waka Campa was excellent from the costumer service to the camper van. Max and his family went above and beyond to provide the most complete and clean camper van for me on very short notice. When I had questions on the road Max was always available to help. I was also very impressed with Waka Campa’s competitive prices, which made my trip affordable.

Me and my partner really enjoyed our time in a Waka camper! Pickup was easy, drives like a dream (done 1700 miles so I had a lot of time to judge), communication was brilliant. Can tell the company is passionate about campers and the vans.Spotless clean van, had everything we needed, cannot recommend this company and their vans enough.Thanks Waka for being part of our New Zealand journey!

Max and his wife are the good host.There software to take it is very useful, autonomous for the drop off.Van was quite convenient for tall person. Recommended for 2 pax as well.
