Casa Mexicana Motel
A lovely inviting place to stay with friendly hosts. Thanks Peter and Medy for the enjoyable stay. Paeroa is a great place to visit. There's so much happening there. Beautiful bush walks and the Hauraki Rail Trail in the Gorge. Great places to eat too.

Will not stay again.Shower bracket broken so asked to be taped up,burn marks in sink of vanity,towel rail ripped off door,and bathroom needs a good paint.No detergent to wash the cups on departure..just a bit of water in bottom of container as no bubbles.Bed was great though.

Room not clean carpet filthy. Light bulbs not working. No tea or coffee or sugar and milk i was given was expired 2months ago. Couch was terrible. Comfy bed tho

Stayed here last week nice people but an absolute dump.room stunk and wasnt clean. We purchased cleaning stuff to smarten up . 2nd day i removed trap from bathroom as it was not draining. Light bulbs smash in room told owners but didnot bother to replace. Worst 2 nights i have ever spent in a motel in nz and i am a average kiwi .would strongly not recommend

Casa Mexicana Motel
I have passed the motel many times and admired the Mexican theme. We pulled in on a wet and stormy evening. The owners gave us a warm welcome and were very obliging. Sure, it's an old motel, but the room was large and very adequate, well heated and comfortable beds. Also excellent value for money.

A most enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds and clean, generously sized rooms. Very friendly and obliging host. Casa Mexicana will be our first choice when next we’re in Paeroa.

Excellent lovely friendly Manager/Owner clean spacious well equipped rooms and so clean!! The bed was super comfortable as promised and so convenient location glad I stopped here. Tania
