One of the floor layers used my tap at the back of my house and took the connection off my house. I told them about this and never got a reply. I guess they are happy for their staff to steal something from their customers and not do anything about it

Called into the shop in Napier , spoke to a gentleman about carpet and flooring , was good to deal with and very helpful.Picked flooring and carpet and was passed on to a lady to get a person to come and to measure and quote and confirm installation.This was approx 4 to 5 weeks ago and never heard from them .Have gone with floor mart hastings . Great service and floor getting laid next week and carpet when some renovations are finished

Highly recommend. We had a problem with our leather couch. In the end it had to be replaced and Danks were wonderful in seeing the whole process through via the supplier. Great work. Thanks Danks.

Very poor service! Have an issue with the product not matching, carpet court Napier have not followed through with the issue and offered no solution. Now we appear stuck with a substandard ugly lounge floor because the supplier changed the product. Would not recommend this company
