Not a huge fan of the compliments. It seems like everytime I go in there its a superficial comment on something I'm wearing or just a bit to enthusiastic to ask me about my day etc. I dunno about anyone else but I'll stay in a store longer if I know there's stuff on hand to help me when I need it, but they won't bother me until then. The staff are just doing their job, but senior management shouldn't be teaching these tips to their young staff.

Incredible service! Spoke to a guy who helped me out with a pair of skates and was super welcoming and helpful. Even at the counter, what I'm guessing was his boss, was very friendly! From my experience, they knew what they were selling and made sure it catered to my needs/wants. Thanks so much!

Although the store looks stuffed, there is nothing much that made my head turn. Moreover almost everything looked overpriced for the style and standards. Staff members seemed friendly and customer service is alright. I didn't see many promotional offers or customer engagement initiatives.

Good store to shop at. Good range of t shirts. Went in two days ago and was served by a guy called Lucas. Bought a few t shirts off him, and Was looking for a specific t shirt which there was none left in the store but he found it in another store and ordered it for me. Got it today via post! Great service mate!

Thank you so much to the awesome North Beach team at Sylvia Park.I was so busy with my sick baby that I never had time to shop for my partners bday present.I gave them a call to see if they could do me a same day click n collect and they were so happy to help me, fast and so kind. They also let me send a whanau member in to collect for me.Definitely an awesome place to shop with an awesome team.

mon, sales assistant absolutely shocked and disgusted at her customer services. I asked for help and she completely ignored me and she accused me of stealing because of the colour of my skin, this profiling is unacceptable. I cant believe this company allows workers with such discriminating traits, i am absolutely disgusted. i never want to purchase nor support companies that pay workers who have no ounce of kindness and who are extremely racists. please do better north beach, i will not buy again. hire those who actually want to do their job. thanks.
