Called in last Friday for a Brother printer tape - none in stock, it’s on order, definitely in today. Got a call saying they were holding one for me.They’re closed Saturdays, Monday was Nelson Day - closed, called in today ( Tuesday, as agreed...).Nothing on hold, “Oh I sold it” said someone almost triumphantly.No apology.Beyond useless.Will I use them again? You’d be joking
