Post Haste Depot

I am a business and the last couple of items (that were quite heavy) were paid to be dropped at my business address and I had to drive and uplift myself from the local grocery/post shop, why does this keep happening???? Other delivery couriers seem to deliver to the correct address.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely useless.Four unhelpful phone calls over two days to try and locate a package that has been untraceable since being picked up five days earlier. Not one person can tell me where my package is. It only has to travel 100km from door to door.The local depot manager was supposed to be passed my details to contact me with some information. I never heard anything.Just a company full of people passing the buck and nobody willing to take responsibility.

Sick and tired of the uselessness of Post Haste Queenstown. Stop leaving our parcels unattended! If you value your sanity don't use this company. I have informed our supplier to switch to other courier companies

Picked up 25/10, delivered 5.20pm 2/11 with 2 DAYS PRIORITY SERVICE!BETTER USE 2 HOURS PRIORITY SERVICE TO GET THE PARCEL DELIVERED IN 2 DAYS! IF AVAILABLE LOL....

Such great service, I was blown away by the service of Abbie and Lindy at Post Haste Queenstown. I had mistakenly written the wrong address on a parcel and they managed to intercept the parcel and kept me in the loop as to its whereabouts and made it available at the depot. I was surprised at how quickly they came back to me. I just couldn't fault them and an amazing example of how service should be.

I waited a while to cool off before writing this review. We used a Newmarket company to ship a painting to a client 'door to door' in Queenstown. The box was securely wrapped and well labelled with phone numbers etc. PH dropped it off in a tin shed a kilometer from the clients house. It was pure chance a friend driving past saw it sitting there and recognising the label (huge lettering) stopped to check. No explanation, no apologies. Don't risk it. Your reviews suggest this is not an uncommon problem. Appalling.

Useless absolutely useless, I work at a b&b in queenstown which always has staff onsite. They never knock just drop a note to collect from a drop point and leave. I know the drivers get paid by the package and they are just being lazy and not bothering to actually deliver anything. Instead we have to pay a staff member to go to the drop point using the company car to collect any packages we where meant to have delivered directly to us I only wish we could invoice them for the cost to go collect each package due to their lazy staff. I've tried complaining to the company but it just gets ignored so now all of you out there can see how bad these guys are at what is a very simple job.

They are a total bunch of liars. Keep saying they have tried to deliver something but no one was there even though it’s a 24/7 business and I run the front of house. They say the tried calling and left a message yet no message exists and no missed calls. Total liars. I wouldn’t trust them to run a thing not to mention even deliver something.

Useless, can see my parcel arrived at 9.30am on friday and it wasn’t delivered that day despite them having 6 and a half hours to deliver it and i live about 5 mins from there depot.It was a 2 day service that has now been 5 days.It’s not the first time this has happened either.Avoid! Being completely useless seems to be a cromwell specialty.

WONDERFUL customer service. I was looking to get an urgent ACC package delivered asap and Steph on the phone was amazing, following up on the package locally and setting up a way for us to pick it up days earlier. Thank you!!!
