Thank you for arranging a charter flight from Auckland to Cochin during these uncertain times. We were quite apprehensive at first as this was our first time with Sehion.From the time we booked tickets to the time the flight landed in Cochin we were well informed and any queries that we had were responded in a timely manner. The staff have been exceptional even getting incorrect information that was published in 1 news corrected. My parents are quite elderly and it was a relief that they did not have to change flights at Singapore and that it was only a refuelling stopover. Hi good morning everybody, I’m Noble…My wife and I both had throughly enjoyed our experiences with Sehion Tours, the service provided us with whatever was highly commendable and the organisers were par excellence. I had certain prejudices and pre ill conceived thoughts before I had been into and immersed with the entire team having full of fun and joy clubbed with the facts. To my great astonishment and wonder some twists and turns came upon, out of the blue. We came back with our hearts full. Rev . Fr Anchanikal , Sr. Ann Maria and Sr Lizbeth had provided us with the sublime thoughts and tips in the back drop of historical places from the Biblical backgrounds. In essence it was a travelogue anyway. Team manager Sijo and Binu had been up to par from all perspectives . I can’t help saying the guide Nadir was out of the world who led us to cloud 9. At certain areas there were something left to be desired that’s in terms of food service on board at the very outset. We did Delhi, Agra Jaipur trip for 6 days. Overall it was a great trip organized pretty well by Sehion tours and travels. Looking forward to more trips in future.

In Cochin international Airport the immigration process was done quickly and our luggage was at the right weight.Singapore Airlines was a great flight for us. The flight was comfortable and the food was great. The hospitality of the flight attendants was remarkable.At Auckland Airport the people we’re friendly and we did all the routine pretty quickly. I was glad that the Airport officials were strict about the social distancing rules.We are quarantined at a hotel provided by the government. The hotel is clean and nice and the food is amazing. The hospitality services are also great here.I thank Sehion travels for arranging such a great chartered trip for us.Compliments of the hotel (only 2 or 3 sentences)

I was one of the passengers in the special repatriation flight from Auckland to Kochi on 07 August 2020 .The service from Sehion Team was outstanding. I was dealing with Gittu, he is great to deal with, prompt communication,very professional and pro active. Sehion Team was at Auckland Airport to co ordinate things before checking in. The way this charter was organized was good. The airlines followed the right protocols. Food was provided. One suggestion to Sehion travels though, noticed lot of senior citizens waiting outside the airport for their connecting flight, wish some kind of waiting/resting area along with a person to co-ordinate can be arranged by you. This wait outside the airport can be agonizing for the elderly considering the time they have already travelled. Overall, a good service.

Excellent Trip, tour, English speaking guide and food.very well organised trip. We had our holiday with a group of 4 adults, from the starting point till the ending point of the tour, it was an excellent trip to bali.

Blessed experience. Well arranged programme. There was Holy Mass on every day. Strongly recommend.
