I loved Fenn until today when the receptionist woman told me to service my heatpump myself as they are too busy. She told me how to do it by flipping something open and empty some water tray. Now when a Fenn person serviced it for me before the guy did way more than that, outside AND inside. I guess I’ll have to find a different company to service it and Ive benn stuck overseas during covid border lockdown so really want someone to look at it first
