Hamilton City Council feed up a useless team called CITY SAFETY OFFICER. Lots of sick leaves called by the staff everyday. The manager Paul and team leader Craig are corruption combination. Waste Hamilton residents rates. We pay our rates every 3 months. They feed up these useless teams.

Slow, inefficient, expansive, overestimating and creating unbearable rates, impossible to get through when phone call. The only thing that does get done efficiently is charging/collectingexpansive, no value for money rates. Negative feedback overall for incompetent work.

What a pack of wallopers our rubbish bin was stolen two weeks ago and they declined to organize pickup of our rubbish bags on the same day we would normally have our red bins emptied while waiting for our replacement bin and expect us to pay the refuse transfer station to get rid of them. Hamilton City Council you are a joke.

Called Hamilton City Council office today to gain some clarity on some follow-up work required for a storm water line blockage outside of our property. A wonderful help desk person named Tiana help me with all my queries and tried to resolve the issue with utmost integrity and professionalism. She didn't just listen to me patiently but went into the depth of the problem, took some time to dig in at their end and gave a call back with some great resolutions. She was such a gem. Hamilton City Council is very lucky to have employees like Tiana as I never ever had a single bad experience from this organization. Thank you Tiana and the HCC office.

Hamilton City Council workers spent the last two days at our home at 88 Sunnyhills Avenue clearing and cleaning out a huge storm-water man-hole and repairing the garden surrounding it, they were an amazing team of beautifully mannered young men led by a young Chinese gentleman named Kim. Their clean up after was amazing and very professional and their entire time here was an absolute pleasure. They deserve to be recognized for their attitude and manners and an incredible job well done. Please pass on our thanks - they're a great team. Jenny and John McPeake

I have called in regards to the work you are planning to do on pembroke st on the 23rd of April for 3 days from 7pm to 6am, i have explained I have a severely autistic child with sensory issues and this is going to cause him a great amount of stress, I was promised a call back but that hasn't happened, I have suggested you do the work during the day there are a few options of diverting traffic. This is HIGHLY INCONSIDERATE

Front of property got flooded a couple of times which destroyed the lawn from front. Have contacted a couple of times but no one came to investigate yet even thought they have assigned the issue to someone. It’s more than a month now (22nd July)Still not any response from the council: 23rd August

Typical local government, mostly self centred career hopping management with useless underperforming employees = poor results / same old same old. Feel sorry for the competent people stuck in these organisations.

Kia ora. The customer service and the tolerance of unintentional minor breach of the policy costs too much for the public. No cares and understanding were shown to the residents. All you after is how to make benefits from people who are obeying the rules. Strongly condemn the ruthless way of enforcement regardless of people’s difficulties.
