We recently purchased a house at Waterstone through Steve Mason at Tommy's. Marina and I were very impressed with his professionalism and genuine interest in us as potential buyers. Due to a change in market sentiment with sales becoming more challenging, we had to renegotiate the Sale & Purchase Agrrement for a change in the settlement date. Steve was able to successfully negotiate these changes with the vendor so a 'win win' outcome could be achieved.
