Our guide Karthik was amazing! We were lucky to be the only two on the trip and Karthik was full of interesting information. He was extremely friendly and very personable and even drove us to a nice spot for lunch. We would definitely go with him again!

I have never felt more comfortable with a trip guide then I did with this company! My mom and I booked many trips but unfortunately weather in July did not go as plan. This company contacted us personally to try to book other trips ahead of time or change trips letting us know the weather won’t let us go out! They did not have to do this they could of just canceled and said o well!! We will be back and plan to book again! -Linda & April

Karthik was our guide for taking us to the Black Abyss water rafting adventure tour yesterday. He is enthusiastic, helpful, and knowledgeable as well. Definitely recommend ExperienceKart if you don’t drive and would like to go for the black water rafting adventure outside Auckland.John

Choosing ExperienceKart for our three week trip to New Zealand was the best decision that could have been made. The places we toured and the things we experienced were varied, from learning about Māori culture to taking a mud bath in the geothermal area. Everything we visited was planned by ExperienceKart and our days were full of activities including enjoying art galleries, boating, visiting a wild bird colony of gannets on the cliffs, Hobbiton, sheep shearing, a behind the scenes Aquarium visit, wine tasting, chocolate tasting, beautiful scenery, and views from mountain tops.Our guide and driver, Karthik, was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, a great driver, and a true gentleman, eager to share his beautiful country with us. I highly recommend Karthik and ExperienceKart to anyone wanting to visit fascinating New Zealand.

Lake Taupo tour.This was a great tour! Our driver and guide, Karthik, was brilliant... very knowledgeable, relaxed and entertaining.The tour took us to various spots all of which were great to see. Even though it is a fair drive there and back, the van was very comfortable and w were provided with a bag of goodies that was gratefully received.Overall this trip is a must do!

My family and I had an amazing experience! We had so much fun we decided to book another tour with ExperienceKart. Kart was so patient and well informed. Great day out with very different experiences, excellently hosted! 5 stars plus plusI had an amazing experience! We had so much fun. Karthik (an excellent business owner / driver / tour guide) was so patient and well-informed. He really made my first trip to New Zealand a wonderful time. He really looked after us going that extra mile to ensure everyone had a good time.The experience was great, we had a small group which allowed for us to take our time. There was a nice snack bag provided for us. I really enjoyed it. He really even think to put a tissue in the snack bag. He also treats us to ice cream at the honey bee shop.This was of the top highlights of our trip to the North Island. Getting up close to geysers shooting water, hot springs that radiate heat and the smell of sulfur, and bubbling mud pools is a bucket list experience. The park has three different paths, color coded on both the map and landmark description signs, so it was easy to navigate. The paths themselves allow for easy to moderate walking and offer overlooks for great views and places to rest.I highly recommend ExperienceKart. I will contact him again when I return to Auckland.

Summary: Our 3-day tour and overall experience with ExperienceKart Tours New Zealand and its owner/driver/guide, Karthik, was fantastic! I honestly could not come up with a single complaint. This was my family’s first trip to New Zealand (Me/Wife/18-year-old son), and we were so happy that we chose to start off our vacation with this fabulous “chauffeured” tour of some of the popular north island sites. Karthik, as our 3-day driver and guide, definitely did his part to ensure everything went smoothly and is great to talk to during the driving portions. Karthik handled all of the arrangements for the various site tours and activities, including checking us in as we arrived at each site. We never had to stand in line. We highly recommend ExperienceKart Tours to anyone who wants to see various north island sites while leaving the driving and travel plans to someone else. I posted a longer review on Trip Advisor (no character limit), so if you are really interested in a fantastic option for seeing beautiful and unique parts of New Zealand with a great tour guide, I recommend you take the time to read about our adventure on that review site.We booked the Golden Triangle Experience with ExperienceKart for June 16-18, 2023. This was a three-day tour, leaving from Auckland, of some of the popular sites on the North New Zealand island, including Waitomo Glow Worm Cave, 2 other caves, Te Puia geothermal valley, Maori cultural experience/lunch, and Hobbiton. When booking, we were given a couple of options for the afternoon of our second day, and we chose the Ultimate Canopy Zipline experience. ExperienceKart took care of the arrangements for all the individual tours and activities. The booking process was trouble-free with quick and helpful responses from ExperienceKart (allowing for time-zone difference). Unlike other bus tours from Auckland, this is a true 3-day tour that minimizes over-all driving time by taking you to the more central town of Rotorua for two nights. We were responsible for arranging for our hotel in Rotorua, though ExperienceKart can help with recommendations and reviews to find the hotel or Bed & Breakfast that best serves your needs. We chose the Novotel Rotorua, which isn’t necessarily budget friendly, but was a wonderful hotel on the lake and across the street from the restaurant district (Eat Street).
