I bought a beautiful carpet last week on-line on the sale. The process was simple, the shipping to Nelson was very efficient and all communication from House of Haghi was excellent. My carpet is already in place in my dining room and I am delighted.

Zara is an absolute gem. Buying my first Persian rug through House of Haghi was a fantastic experience, she is gentle (not a pushy salesperson) and really informative. I learnt so much and have the most wonderful piece of art work and history in my house now. The service is top notch. The well-organised website meant that we arrived at House of Haghi with a short list of the large rugs we thought might suit our needs. Arriving there (parking onsite is good) we found everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable. Zara was able to identify where the rugs were and we were shown them along with others in the pile so we chose a couple more. We were able to see these (5) rugs at home - Zara came with 2 helpers and again we had them laid out to see and compare. Zara was very helpful with some comments about the style of the 2 we were trying to choose between. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and at no time put any pressure on us. What could have been stressful was in fact a very comfortable process. We are very happy with our choice and look forward to many years of joy with our new rug.

We loved the special treatment when we visited the House of Haghi showroom, which extended to delivery of several rugs for us to try in our home setting. All our furniture rearranging was done by the House of Haghi team. Marie's extensive product knowledge guided us through the process, and we are over the moon with the end result!

The selection of rugs that House Of Haghi has is unparalleled. When looking around other websites we found the selection and quality of rugs did not even come close to that of there's with the price points of these rugs being more than reasonable for the quality that they are. Buying a rug online was never easier, the prompt response from the team in addition with the efficient shipping made our experience most enjoyable. With our rug being received in a matter of days we couldn't be happier and would recommend them to all our family and friends.
