Very pleasant staff. Gave me good advice and done an excellent job at a very reasonable price.

What was said would take a week, took 3 months to clean. If u are in a rush to have something cleaned I would not recommend but if there is no panic then the end result is good

worst laundry experience ever!!! don‘t go there!!we brought 3 bags of laundry. before going to that place, we splitted our laundry into white, coloured and black/very dark. we gave them our laundry already turned inside out and folded as well.we asked for washing and drying and asked to pick up the next day around noon.we told them they shall treat our laundry with care, there were some expensive designer pieces in the mix.next day we arrive at the laundry to pick up our stuff. the lady went to the room in the back and returned 5 mins later with our 3 bags. to our surprise, they stuffed everything into the bags. not folded, no nothing. just a big mess! of course, i told them straight away that i‘m not happy about it and to my suprise i got asked: „oh, you want it to back folded? you should‘ve told us upfront.“ well, thats what i expect from a laundry service and if its not part of their routine, the staff should ask at least upon drop off.unfortunately, our wardrobe wasn‘t really clean either. most of the stains were still there and some pieces also looked worse than before. we checked and folded every piece of wardrobe at the parking in front of the store, and it‘s just been a nightmare. i took a smell too and can tell that they didnt even use washing powder..! no fresh smell, no nothing. i was so angry, but felt i should rather go then let my anger explode in the store. not sure what would‘ve happened.the whole laundry service was super cheap, which made me suspicious staight away. and now i understand why.. because they neither have an idea about washing laundry, nor about a laundry business model.there‘s a photo on the counter in the store of the lady running the shop. it shows her and another guy who‘s teaching / showing her something. she looks so confused on the pictures like she gets introduced to rocket science. the picture says it all!!to make a long story short: super super bad experience..!! don‘t go there!! it‘s a desaster and you‘ll definitely regret it..!!

In response to the answer A 1 dry cleaners gave to Johnny Young, I am his wife and their response is incorrect. When we dropped them off they OFFERED to deliver them to the lady who was altering them for us. They didn't. Then when we rang about where they were 17 days later they hadn't dry cleaned them. Then the lady who was altering them rang a week later and they did not tell her or us at that point that they were damaged because they weren't!! The lady who has been in the curtain business for 30 years said they were damaged because the curtains had been folded back on their thermal linings after dry cleaning and therefore had stuck together and not because of the dry cleaning process. They were also not in bags which she said she had never seen before. Had they been put in bags they would not have stuck together. The curtains are less than a year old. We are going to take this company to the small claims court for compensation as they are refusing to take responsibility for their stuff up.

Good service, reasonably-priced.

The lady made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I had never been here before and she made me feel stupid for asking questions and she left me standing there awkwardly. So i picked up my stuff and left and went elsewhere. The place was a mess and there wasnt an option of sitting and waiting for your clothes.
