If there's 0 star, I will give it for sure! Ordered a mac muffin meal and hash brown. The burger is smaller than my small hands to begin with. My friend's cheese in his burger looks like its been frozen for weeks, and our hash brown should be called marshy brown. Totally unacceptable quality of food from Mac!!!

Food is okay. Some staff look like they really do not want to be there which is off-putting. Waiting area gets very crowded, and more often than not one or two of the ordering kiosks are broken. Would be a bonus if they were to be open later, as the cinemas are open late and some people may want something to eat, but that goes for all of the food court restaurants.

the one star is for the food, thr girl in manager uniform must being having an off day, no interaction during ordering, no smile, didnt tell me how much the total was, didn't even say a Thank You.... you work at a hospitality industry, at least understand the basic manner. Not impressed at all. There was a guy in bright shirt working at the moment as well, I assume he is the owner, he worked hard, but the staff were working without energy. Some serious staff training and mangement is required here..based on the previous reviews for the store..something fundamentally not going well...not recommend this one unless you run our options of food choices in the foodcourt of Albany Mall...

Really rude Service, the trainer in Mac cafe Yang li really racist to the people and kids , I asked my son the sauce they forgot to give us and she said 40cents to my son , and quickly turned away, just ignore him ,when I went there ask about the sauce to other staff, Yang li came and said to her colleague do other things first, ignore us again, and ask my son go away , let us see how bad service !

Ice cream doesn’t look to good. I believe the crew trainer needs to be re trained?Also she did not use her team orders going out very slow poor crew stuck on fries and wasn’t aloud to move to a new area11:14am
