There were a few beers on the menu they didn't have, they didn't have yogurt so couldn't make a Lassi. They bought out the meals and didn't really know which dish was which and missed a dish completely. The lights were out in the toilets and no sign of the switch to turn on. On the up the food they did bring out was lovely.

We loved the food and the customer service. We had asked for extra hot food and what we got was indeed delicious. The mango chutney was my favorite. It was finger licking good. We took chicken chilli and gulab jamus as a take away and both of them were amzing as well.

Perfect flavours bound together.Being a Chef, the most delicious Indian food in NZ far better then Auckland.Wonderful service and great people.Will visit every time I am here.

Delicious food in a great indoor or outdoor restaurant . Service on entrance was awesome. Quick and welcoming. Entree was served quickly, although a little slow between dishes as the night progressed. Mains came out half an hour after we finished our entrees.Everyone enjoyed the food, just went a fair bit longer than we were used to. (2 hrs rather than 1 and a bit).

Customer service was amazing and the gentleman serving was extra helpful and patient with us. First time eating at Tamarind and I was not disappointed at all, food was delicious and the meal combo was the perfect amount for me.Thank you very much.
