Poor experience with this store. Not sure why they have a phone number as they never answer. Id advise other to contact the customer service number.Multiple issues with my new vacuum purchase. Staff are not customer friendly.Poor rating.

My very old carpet cleaner died, so went looking for a new one.Excellent range from cheapie to way more than I wanted to spend.Really great service and product knowledge.I bought a mid range one, then spent the afternoon cleaning the bedroom carpets and making the house smell nice. Very impressed.

Do not deal with this place . Our $700 vacuum had a problem with the retractable cord . We sent it back and then had to spend weeks chasing them up again . The Indian guy in there came back telling us the vacuum was toast and they wouldn’t cover the warranty . Long story short they were trying everything they could not to honour the warranty but in the end we reminded him of his obligations under the retail act of repair , refund or replacement and he decided better of it and replaced the vacuum . Shouldn’t be that hard when the fault is theirs . The Indian acted like a scam artist , not returning calls , cutting me off when did get through but then he has your number and won’t answer . Dodgy !

i phoned some indian man and asked him when my vacum is coming i got it on line and he was rude to me on the phone he keep calling me a women and said my voic was funny i hand a go at him he hung up on me just be cause i have got a low voice doesnt meen im a woman you fall man i a man

We went into the Nelson store today, to buy a stick vacuum cleaner, we were assisted by the sales person there who was so knowledgeable about the brands and products, his enthusiastic approach to the demonstrations to show how several types performed was, informative, non pushy and some what funny, we found it refreshingly pleasant to receive such good customer service. So after purchasing and prior to leaving I asked for his name, Keep up the good work Amit, you made our shopping experience a pleasure.

Shot into the Nelson store this morning to look at a vacuum cleaner as mine suddenly stopped working and was so impressed by the service, top rate customer service and amazing product knowledge. Really pleased and i got the vacuum I was looking for. Thanks so much!

Went in to buy a good vacuum cleaner and left with a upmarket wonderful cleaner with turbo brush head and a dog/cat head as well..wonderful..

Dealing with godfreys has been the most painful and infuriating process I have ever been involved with. We took back our overpriced stick vac to be repaired as it broke within warranty. We were without a vacuum for over 7 weeks. Godfreys communication was non existent. I called on multiple occasions following up and was told they'd call back with an update but never did. Once the vacuum was back from the tech they didn't call to update, it came back broken so needed to be sent back again for replacement parts. No communication relating to this. I was fobbed off on multiple occasions and called ma'am (I am a guy). My advice for others don't shop here just buy a Dyson.
