Sonya was amazing. I came into the salon after receiving a bad cut and balayage colour at another hairdressers and she went above and beyond to fix my hair. She has a great eye for detail and helped restore my self confidence which I had lost after the bad haircut. Thanks so much Sonya!!

I had a wonderful experience with the salon. The staffs are very friendly and did a great job with my har. I cut my hair which is good. I did colouring as well which they may remember; it was purple and they were all eagerly waiting for the result. I liked the colour which was not much bright and it was In a way that I wanted. I did all these on August 5th 2022. It's been not even 3 weeks now everytime I wash my hair the colour washes out and it almost turned into brown or something. Have only left some purple hair strands here and there now. The staff only asked me to buy a purple conditioners which I did. Bt the colour is fading out from the first wash. From what I know I did a permanent colouring and it shouldn't be changing lie this. I was very satisfied with their services,my hair cut, colouring and especially their friendliness. Buti am only giving 3 startss because I don't have much purple colour left on my hair which I really wanted for a change.

Really amazing service. So relaxing, as they just knew exactly what I wanted. Great prices, for all the work done. Even the coffee was spot-on. I will be a return customer. Thank you to both the girls. :O)

I'm one of those people who has a love hate relationship with hairdressers... And it can take me years to recover from a bad experience at the receiving end of a pair of scissors. Today I decided four years of trying to trim, shape, colour and curl all by myself has been four years too long, so I ventured forth and presented myself (and my mess of hair) to Shaun at Bay Hair Design & Beauty... Two hours later I walked out of the salon with the most gorgeous head of hair - exactly the shade of red I've been trying to achieve for sooooo long. Everything was just perfect - everyone at the salon was helpful, kind, fun" and professional... I love my new hair and the process itself was entirely magical... Self-care hasn't felt this good in years. Thanks to Shaun and the team..."

Went there for a haircut in the afternoon, because Amanda and Chantal were all booked, so I ended up with a hairdresser who’s strong minded and mean. Just because she explained some hairdressing vocabularies to me(English is my second language) she laughed and joked “ I could be a translator”. No, you don’t, and you should be ashamed. I booked for a haircut but had to pay 74$ for restyling, which I haven’t been told. Stop fooling your customers. Definitely not recommend.

Terrible service. Booked online a few days in advance for a standard haircut. Then on the day of my appointment they ring me up to say that unless I only wanted one inch off my hair, as in extremely quick then they were sorry they could not fit me in. I had an event to go to and to be told my appointment was cancelled on the day was not good customer service.
