I'm nervous around needles, and the nurse that helped me was awesome - super understanding, kept me distracted, and all wrapped up from in the door to out in about 5-10mins (no queue when I went). Thanks!

Just went to drop a sample off discreetly. Not only was their no one behind the counter, but the very rude nurse made a scene refusing to take a clearly labelled container because I didn’t have extra paperwork, even though I told her I’d ring my doctors to get a form sent through

Rude, arrogant and condescending. Woman who I dealt with seems to enjoy mumbling at you while facing another direction and then almost shouting at you when you don't hear her. Tried to argue with me that the carpark wasn't full, while sitting like 5 metres from the full carpark. Don't think there are more than 5 brain cells to rub together in that building

Would give no stars if possible. Was there two Saturdays ago. Extremely rude nurse at front desk, was not helpful in the slightest, all she had to do was print off my paperwork. After calling the 0800 call centre line while I was still there, was told my treatment from this nurse was unacceptable and that she should not have refused to print it off, nor tell me I had to wait in a queue of over 20 people who were there for actual tests, for it to happen. Will not be going back to this centre again. Nor will I be recommending this place to anyone.

A little busy but still quick to get through.for a Monday about 10:30 to 12pm 40 minute wait, but ladies are quick to get through tests. Wait not a big deal.

Went in for blood tests. Sanitised hands, took number, scanned card, went to sit down but was called for tests. Took 20 odd seconds from walk in and then 6 minutes for tests. Can't do any better. Saturday morning at 11:20am.
